An arcanist's work. Exhibited in the early 20th century for 17 years. Completed in Spring, on March 14. Exhibited somewhere secret in Manchester, British Isles. Only a few knew of it, so it might be a private collection.

Baby Blue (婴儿蓝) (real name: Rebecca Jones) is a Star Arcanist in Reverse: 1999.

A girl who suffers from a weird disease.
Most of the kids recovered from "Alice in Wonderland Syndrome," yet Baby Blue remains in the Wonderland even now.
