Exhibition Details

An arcanist's artwork, exhibited at the end of the 20th century for 16 years. Completed in winter on February 18th. Originally exhibited in an orphanage in New Mexico, later acquired by the St. Pavlov Foundation, and now on a tour across the American continent.

Mercuria (环状水星) is a Spirit Arcanist in Reverse: 1999. She was introduced in the event Floor It! To the Golden City alongside Pioneer and J in Version 2.0.

She never stops too long, never gets too attached. She simply lets the universe guide her to her next destination. ^[1]

Lengthy Journey Inheritance Effects
	When entering battle, gain 8 stacks of [Cosmic Energy]Cosmic Energy: Each stack grants DMG Dealt +2% to all allies (stackable up to 25 times, each stack Is timed Independently, undispellable). for 2 rounds; after an ally casts a rank 1/2/3 incantation, gain 2/3/4 stacks of Cosmic Energy for self, to a maximum of 25 stacks. When entering battle, for each ally of the Natural Afflatus, gain Moxie +1 for self, up to a maximum of Moxie +3.
	When entering battle, ATK +5%.
	At the start of the round, if holding 9 or more stacks of [Cosmic Energy]Cosmic Energy: Each stack grants DMG Dealt +2% to all allies (stackable up to 25 times, each stack Is timed Independently, undispellable)., grant Critical DMG +30% to all allies for 1 round; if holding 16 or more stacks of Cosmic Energy, grant an additional Incantation Might +20% to all allies for 2 rounds. At the end of the round, if allies have casted two or more rank 3 incantations for that round, gain Moxie +1 for self.
