	Regulus doesn't care to know where she came from nor where she is going. Swinging through the years, she held on hard to what she held dear. As captain of the notorious underground radio station "APPLe", she proved that a tone-deaf kid and a small fishing boat are just enough to light up London's rock scene.
"My pockets are empty, my backpack is full!" Regulus often wonders why the coin in her pocket seems to disappear. The sincere and humble Mr. APPLe, on the other hand, reckons that Mr. Record peeking out of the captain's backpack might have the answer for her.
Optical Pragmatist
Regulus has never been concerned with the complicated stories of photon. For her, the only thing that matters is harnessing light—changing it from colorless to colorful, from bright to dark. As long as she can conceal APPLe and her cherished records, she will continue to perfect her Arcane Skill forever.

A small accessory on Regulus' backpack. She knows nothing about its origin or purpose but hangs it on her backpack purely as decoration. Mr. APPLe must know something about it, but has always been tight-lipped.	Sunglasses purchased at Harrods, London during a seasonal sale. The UV rays of the high seas are so strong that a pair of sunglasses is necessary for protection. Evidently, Regulus' reason for buying it isn't that, but it looks "soooooo cool!"	The backpack that Regulus uses to carry her records. Generally speaking, Regulus, who takes great care of her records, does not carry them around. However, when danger came knocking, her backpack became useful for escaping with her beloved records.

A special hat said to be "a crossover of the trend among the fans and the irresistible rock pirate aesthetic style." The design is packed with all kinds of elements—even the accessory on her backpack is used to decorate the necklace—but at least it doesn't look like a mess.	A fan-edition home jersey bought from a sports store near Wembley Stadium. Claimed to be a "one and only" treasure by the salesman, it naturally has no other sizes and is inevitably too large for Regulus. Luckily she doesn't care if it fits at all.	A home flag which Regulus uses as a wrap occasionally. It seems longer than the usual satin flags, with a smoother texture. One will understand, however, the appeal of the scene doesn't lie in the flag if one has the chance to see that joyful wielder.

A functional suit designed for low-intensity flight needs. Unique in style, the craftsmanship comes from the same production line as many official military goods, serving multiple purposes from reducing wind resistance to providing warmth. "Most importantly, the price is incredibly reliable!" she says candidly.	One of the key components of the experimental flying vessel developed by the Laplace Scientific Computing Center. It bears an official code composed of Latin letters and Roman numerals, and a concise temporary name. The latter is mostly used in secret circumstances outside certain official flight routes that cannot be disclosed.	Another masterpiece from the "Conqueror" manufacturer. "Providing a considerate experience for every flyer." Clearly, this is not an overstatement.

In London's high seas, pirate ships modified from fishing boats cruise the waters. They are pirates, pirates who stray from the rules. They are DJs, DJs who put rock music on the radio. They are nodes, nodes where soundwaves, EM waves and notes are linked together. The government keeps a close watch on them and is ready to chase them to the shore at any point. But they will never yield. Blues rock is their soul, rockabilly their bones, folk rock their skin and pop rock their armor. They are fully armed and fearless. Eventually, they will spread rock to every corner of the world. R-O-C-K!

Pandora Wilson: Silence Are we talking about the same thing? Regulus: Oh, it looks like you didn't understand me, Ms. Mouthy. Do you listen to rock? Pandora Wilson: No. Regulus: What a pity! You're missing out on the best thing in the world! Regulus: Listen up. We don't become DJs to get anything. The radio is just a way to listen to rock music! Even without it, we still have plenty of places to go to and countless ways to spread rock to our listeners!♪ Regulus: Radio at sea has never disappeared. The only thing that's changed is how we love and pursue it... ROCK 'N' ROLL!

Birthday Letter

1: "On the night of August 15, the Rock 'n' Roll Pirate was suspected to be at a birthday party at some bar. Before the police could surround the bar, Regulus had ridden her motorcycle off with a whoop and cheer, leaving them in the dust.
2: London's pirate radio station "APPLe" announced today that those who celebrate the birthday of a great captain and "just happen to" present a rock record will be awarded a rare opportunity to cruise the high seas!
3: After blowing out the candles in the darkness, Regulus attempts to perform a prank using optical stealth, but it doesn't work - the LED birthday hat on her head betrays her.

Trivia

She is a fan of The Beatles.
She speaks with a British accent in the English version of the game.
Regulus saying "So you have a mother!" has become a meme since the game's global launch.
- She later says "So you have a mother too!" to 37 in The Prisoner in the Cave.
In the Prologue, she names numerous musical artists from her vinyl discs that she lost, including Pete Windmill and John Thunderfingers.
- She refers to both of them by their stage names. Their real names are Pete Townshend and John Entwistle respectively.
  - Of the pair, Pete Townshend is still alive.
Like with Lilya, it is implied that Regulus is an underage drinker in her Birthday Letter. However, unlike Lilya, it is not made ambiguous in the global release.
Regulus is the name of the brightest star in the Leo constellation.
Out of all of the available characters, Regulus is the first non-Limited character to get a Unique garment (followed by 37).
Her name comes from the famed Regulus record, which she found after it fell from space.
In Chapter 5 it was revealed that Regulus has never attended school
